Southern Argentine Patagonia

The most beautiful part is waiting for you... every year I travel around these lands and always conclude with the same sense of admiration for the spectacle that nature offers us.
Patagonia is divided in the south of these two countries, landscapes out of this world that we all dream of. The mere mention of the word "Patagonia" drives us crazy for no reason, leading us away from our daily reality towards an imaginary and mysterious world specific to all of us.
However, this world can be very real, and I can help you get to know it...

Southern Argentine Patagonia
The most famous part of Patagonia is located in Argentina where the images of Epinal, often very real, are found there. The gaucho on his horse being followed by his dogs, in command of a huge flock of sheep. The arid grasslands that are lost to the horizon with no geographical distraction. The roads seem to have no end, and a small village every 100km or so is simply lost. The oil wells which sway above the big metal spiders. The dust, the sun and the wind. This is the Patagonia that has terrified. This really is the end of the world where you can dream of any adventure. Life is hard, often cold, often rainy but magnificent. The nature that exists here has been around throughout the millennia; a silent battle between ice and granite creating peaks that emerge from the land like lighthouses. Southern Patagonia is also the gateway to Antarctica, revealing a strange and solitary universe.
Overlooking the steppe in the Chalten Massif, the towers of the mighty Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre decorate the landscape with their giant peaks of ice. There you can also find one of the most impressive glaciers on the planet and one of the most spectacular sites: The Perito Moreno Glacier periodically breaking chunks of ice off into the freezing waters below.

Borispatagonia

Patagonia in all seasons menu. For example, according to the climate, from Bariloche, in Patagonia Argentina, it is possible to go to Puerto Montt, in Chile, crossing successively three lakes by boat, as did the Jesuits and the first German settlers. I offer a tour that leads to the Pacific Ocean. It is quite long, but the beauty of the sites - forests, volcanoes and crystalline lakes - is such that it is worth to be carried. The Argentine side, cross the west arm of Nahuel Huapi and Lake Puerto Alegre and, the chilen side, Lake Todos los Santos. Moving from one lake to another by bus. This tour is feasible in all seasons, but in winter, it takes two days to reach Puerto Montt, stopping for one night at Peulla. We returned to Bariloche by air or by the same way, after a night in Puerto Montt. Borispatagonia is also responsible for visas to go to Chile and to book hotels. In Patagonia, winter and summer are tourist seasons. In summer, besides explore the surrounding, many activities are available: climbing, torrent fishing, sailing, horseback riding, hiking, rides, visits to Aciendas... In winter, the main activity is, of course, skiing, especially in July and August on the side of the Andes, but not only: snowshoe hikes, thematic tours, many walks to admire the beauty of Patagonia Argentina and Chile in this season, due a unique light, the warmth of the people of Patagonia... Just to talk about, I get goose bumps!
